The Hans Zimmer Abu Dhabi concert is on Friday 13 November 2026 at Etihad Arena, Yas Island. Doors open at 6:30 pm, and tickets on the arena’s own booking page run from AED 245 to AED 1,825 including VAT.
On 7 November 2026 we read the arena’s booking page, its FAQ and its Things to Know page. Gulf News reported in July that the show is part of the 23rd Abu Dhabi Festival and his Next Level tour, with a 19-piece band. The start time, set list and live availability are not on the arena page. We flag each gap below.

Hans Zimmer Abu Dhabi tickets: how much do they cost?
The arena lists ten seating categories, each with a regular and an aisle price in AED including VAT. The cheapest ticket is Upper Tier Bronze at AED 245.
The floor starts at AED 695 for Diamond.

Subtract the two columns and the pattern is plain. An aisle seat costs AED 50 more in every lower and upper tier category, and AED 100 more on the floor. That is our arithmetic, not a line from the arena.
The page does not show which categories are still on sale, so confirm at checkout before you plan around a price.
A separate Record Lounge add-on costs AED 399 per person. It covers premium drinks, signature bites, a DJ and a violinist. You still need your own event ticket and a lounge wristband. Suites and loge boxes are sold by enquiry on a separate hospitality page.
What time does the Hans Zimmer concert start?
Doors open at 6:30 pm. The page prints no start time. Its event policy says venue doors open two hours before the show, which would point to about 8:30 pm. That is our reading of the policy, not a time the arena has announced.
The arena FAQ says late arrivals are admitted only at suitable breaks, and that every guest goes through security screening. Allow time for both.
Entry rules: age, bags and what is banned
- Age: guests from 6 years up need a valid ticket. Children aged 5 and under are not allowed in. Under 16s must come with an adult aged 21 or over.
- Bags: nothing larger than 30 x 30 x 15 cm. There is no cloakroom or storage.
- Also banned: food and drink, laptops and tablets, glass, selfie sticks, professional cameras, flags of any kind, and, on the Things to Know page, power banks, perfume and lighters.
- Strollers: not allowed inside, though stroller parks are available.
- Payment: contactless only throughout the venue.
- Re-entry: none. A ticket gives one entry.
Pack light, and charge your phone before you leave home. Your phone is the ticket, and the power bank you would normally carry is on the banned list.
Where to buy tickets, and the resale question
The arena names its approved sellers: its own site, Ticketmaster.ae, Platinumlist, Virgin Megastore Tickets, Feverup, District by Zomato and Q-Tickets. Tickets arrive in the Yas Island app. Log in with the same email you used to buy, and the QR code activates when you reach the venue. Missing tickets go to Yas Concierge on 600 511 115.
Sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. The booking page calls tickets non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The FAQ says some events allow transfers through the app, so check whether yours does.
That matters because spare seats are already being offered on Reddit. One r/Tickets post reads:
“Diamond block – Best picked seats – 2 tickets Selling at Cost – Due to unplanned travel”
We can’t judge any one seller. The arena’s position is clear, though. It can cancel tickets bought from unauthorised resellers, names Viagogo and Dubizzle, and can confiscate tickets resold above face value. If a seller can’t move the ticket through the app, we would walk away.
Getting to Etihad Arena on Yas Island
The arena publishes parking maps, including a public multi-storey car park, but they are images and the labels follow ticket category. We found no shuttle or post-show transport plan for this concert on the pages we read.

- The start time and the running length of the show.
- The set list.
- Which of the ten categories are still available.
- Which car park suits which ticket.
