The Lulu balance check that Lulu Exchange’s own pages describe is the LuLu Money app. Open “LuLu Money Cards” or “My Cards”, and the card shows its available balance.
Guides list five or more other methods. We read Lulu’s FAQ, its wage and salary page and its home page on 5 October 2026. None of them confirms the rest.

Lulu balance check in the LuLu Money app
The LuLu Money FAQ gives one route to the card. Choose “LuLu Money Cards” on the Home page, or “My Cards” in the More menu, or the Quick access section once a card is added to the account.
- Open the LuLu Money app and log in.
- Select “LuLu Money Cards” from the Home page, or “My Cards” under More.
- Look at the virtual card at the top of the My Card page. It shows the available balance.
The same app handles other card tasks, according to Lulu’s wage and salary page: transaction history, usage limits, PIN reset, and blocking and replacing a card.
What else the My Cards page handles
Lulu’s FAQ gives step-by-step routes for the card itself, all starting from the My Cards page, and most steps end in an OTP sent to the registered mobile number. The same FAQ says the app is open to anyone over 21 who lives in the UAE.
- Activation: three routes, OTP verification, an IVR call placed from the app, or a call to customer support.
- PIN: choose “Change/Set Card PIN”, enter the card details, confirm the OTP, then set and repeat the new PIN.
- Lock and unlock: “Lock Card” stops use until the card is unlocked again.
- Block and replace: “Block & Replace Card” asks for a reason and an OTP. The “Replace Card” option appears only after a block, and the FAQ says a replacement charge is deducted from the account.
- Limits: daily, weekly or monthly limits per payment category under “Set Card Usage/Limits”.
- History and statements: transaction history can be filtered by day, week, month, custom dates and type, such as POS, ATM or credit. A statement for the last month is free, and a longer period carries a charge.
- Cash withdrawal token: “Generate Cash Withdrawal Token” creates a token that can be viewed in the same place.
Which card you hold
My Pay My Card is Lulu Exchange’s salary product under the UAE’s Wages Protection System, the FAQ says. The LuLu Money Salary Card is the app-first version, with a card powered by Mercury linked to each My Pay customer.
Check which product your employer uses before you search, since the LuLu Money app also accepts “other Ratibi salary cards” for payments, which tells you little about where a Ratibi balance is shown.
Lulu balance check methods that Lulu’s pages do not confirm
Third-party guides give each of these. None appears on the Lulu pages we read, so treat them as unconfirmed.

None of the five is confirmed.
The FAB prepaid enquiry page at Magnati asks for the last four digits of a card, a Card ID and a captcha. It carries FAB’s copyright and does not mention Lulu, so it is not a Lulu route.
If the salary has not arrived
Guides quote a delay of 24 to 48 hours after payroll upload, but Lulu’s pages give no figure, so we cannot confirm it.
Ask the employer first whether the salary file was uploaded. After that, call Lulu on 600 522 204, or email wpsinfo@luluexchange.com for payroll questions.
Never type a card number, PIN or OTP into a guide site. Even Masarif’s own page warns readers not to enter them.
