Aquarabia Qiddiya: Opening Hours, Tickets, Rides and Visitor Tips

13 Min Read

Aquarabia Qiddiya opens Wednesday to Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm, according to the park’s website, which says the schedule applies from 30 September. At opening in April, reports gave daily hours of noon to 8 pm. Prices differ too. One source reported adults from SAR 275, and another reported SAR 325.

We read the park’s website on 1 November 2026, along with Zawya and Arab News coverage and 2026 r/Riyadh threads. The website’s ticket page showed no prices as text, so none of the figures below is one we saw at checkout.

Opening hours and days

The home page of the park’s website carries a banner that reads, from 30 September, Wednesday until Sunday, 11 am to 7 pm. That is the only schedule we found on the official pages. It replaces the hours reported at opening.

  • April 2026, at opening: daily from noon to 8 pm, according to Zawya and Arab News.
  • Both outlets also reported that Fridays were reserved for women, or for women and children.
  • From 30 September: Wednesday to Sunday, 11 am to 7 pm, on the park’s website.

We could not confirm from the website whether a women-only or women-and-children day still runs. Check the booking page first.

Ticket prices and rules

Two sources gave different opening prices. The park’s own ticket page showed no figure we could read. Treat the numbers below as April reports, not current rates.

Source Adult Child, 4 to 11 Under 4
Zawya, April 2026 From SAR 275 From SAR 170 Free when booked online or in the app
Arab News, 4 April 2026 Standard from SAR 325 SAR 200 Free
Park website, 1 November 2026 Not shown as text “Reduced rate” Ages 0 to 3 free, no online ticket needed

Prices change, so confirm at booking.

The gap between SAR 275 and SAR 325 may reflect online pricing against standard pricing. Neither source says so. Arab News also reported 15% off bookings made at least five days ahead, and said surfing costs extra. We could not check whether either still applies.

  • A child ticket must be linked to an adult ticket, and a valid ID may be requested at the entrance.
  • The park advises buying online in advance for the best value.
  • AquaFast gives priority access to Junoon Drop, Slithereel, Speedy Jamezales, Camel Racers, Jamal Joom, Hyper Viper, Tahaddi Vipers and Wadi Tahaddi.
  • A Photo Pass add-on gives unlimited downloads of photos taken during the visit.

On 1 November the home page also showed partner banners, including 20% off single-day tickets with qitaf and an “alrajhi blue week” with 50% off single-day tickets. The terms sit on separate pages we did not read.

Rides and zones

The park lists eight zones: Surf Lagoon, Camel Rock, The Den, Wave Wadi, Herding Grounds, Arabian Peak, Dhub Grotto and Viper Canyon. Arabian Peak carries an adult-only label on the site.

Four rides carry record claims on the park’s own pages. These are the park’s words. They are not independent measurements.

  • Junoon Drop: the world’s tallest and longest water coaster.
  • Slithereel: the longest slide wheel on Earth.
  • Speedy Jamezales: the world’s tallest AquaLoop.
  • Jamal Joom: the world’s longest mat blaster.

Zawya reported more than 20 rides at opening, along with 24 food outlets and seven shops. Our Boulevard World Riyadh guide covers another Saudi attraction with its own ticket rules.

Where Aquarabia is

Aquarabia sits in Qiddiya City, in Riyadh Province, which Wikipedia describes as a large entertainment, sports and cultural destination near Riyadh along the Tuwaiq Escarpment. The park’s website links to Six Flags Qiddiya City, which Wikipedia says opened on 31 December 2025.

We found no distance, drive time or public transport route in the sources we read. A May r/Riyadh reply says visitors park their car and take a shuttle, so leave time before the gates open.

What visitors say

The r/Riyadh threads we found are mostly first-timers asking what to bring. A May reply to a family planning a first visit covered parking, lockers and food.

Illustration: using a paid locker, the SAR 70 cost that two visitors mention.

“Bring aqua shoes Get there before 12 pm as you need to park your car and ride the shuttle Don’t bring a lot of things, lockers are SAR 70 Eat before going there”
– r/Riyadh, May 2026 (4 upvotes)

Another reader asked in October whether AquaFast is worth it on a weekday, and a reply said it was not needed.

“It’ll be decent on weekdays especially now that schools are back, definitely no need for a fast pass. However, there’s a school break Oct 25-29, so might be busy then.”
– r/Riyadh, October 2026 (2 upvotes)

Those are single replies, not a survey. A different May commenter warned that some rides were not running on arrival. We cannot check that. We found no live ride status on the park’s pages.

What we could not confirm

Five points stayed open after our reading, and we left them out of the answers above rather than guess at them.

  • Current adult and child prices at checkout.
  • Whether the 15% early-booking discount still applies.
  • Whether a women-only or women-and-children day still runs.
  • The locker price beyond two visitors’ SAR 70.
  • Parking and shuttle details, and the journey from Riyadh.
