Who is in the Desi Bling cast
Khaleej Times listed the same names when Netflix India released the teaser on 11 May 2026, before the 20 May premiere. Wikipedia adds that the film figures Shilpa Shetty, Vivek Oberoi and Tamannaah Bhatia appear as guests. Spellings differ between outlets: Wikipedia and Khaleej Times write Pamala Serena and Iryna Kinakh, while Grazia writes Pamela Serena and Irina Kinakh, and the table follows the first form.
Grazia calls Kundrra and Prakash India’s most-watched TV couple. Open magazine noted they come from Hindi television rather than the film industry.
About the series
Desi Bling is made by Different Productions, the Dubai company behind Dubai Bling, and Wikipedia calls it a companion series. Mazen Laham is executive producer and Marcel Dufour the showrunner, according to Khaleej Times.
It is in Hindi and English. Wikipedia says it reached number one on Netflix in India and the UAE within 48 hours and entered the top ten in more than fifteen countries.
Our Dubai Bling season 4 report covers the older show, and the Love Is Blind Habibi season 2 report covers Netflix’s other Gulf-set title.
Is Desi Bling scripted, and how was it received?
The makers say it is not scripted. Showrunner Marcel Dufour said “everything you have seen is completely real, completely unscripted”, according to Wikipedia, and critics were unconvinced.
Binged rated the series one star out of five and wrote that “absolutely nothing feels organic”, per Wikipedia. Open called it “peak cringe viewing”. Reception was largely negative, yet the viewing figures above came anyway.
Desi Bling season 2: what is known
Wikipedia lists one season, and we found no announcement from Netflix of a second. Coverage on 22 May 2026, two days after release, said Netflix had not confirmed one.
Later items are weaker. A Telly Chakkar headline of 12 August says Pamala is reportedly set to return, though the article would not open for us. A fan tracker lists season 2 as expected around May 2027 without citing Netflix.
Treat both as unconfirmed.
We could not load Netflix’s own title page for current details, so check it directly if you need to be sure.
